Meditate in daily life by watching what is coming up as a form of ego. Just like in seated meditation, let the ego come down. Do this over and over, and daily life will be the same as seated meditation.

2 Faced

The two faces of ego are Shame and Vanity. Watch them dissolve. When they leave you are left with your real face, or, facelessness.
